Do my hours roll over?
Hours don’t roll over from month to month, so we suggest that you conservatively estimate how many hours of assistance you will need before selecting a plan. If you need additional hours, you will be asked to pay the hourly rate.
What happens if I run out of hours?
You will be notified when your retainer reaches two (2) remaining hours. At that time, you will have the option to purchase additional hours at the rate of $60 per hour. If arrangements are not made, you will be notified via email that VPSLI has ceased work on your behalf.
VPSLI requires a signed contract and full payment prior to beginning any work.
We accept payment via check, credit card, Venmo, Zelle, etc.
